Yes. Northeast Calgary is home base: Alliance Renovations' office is at 6934 36 St NE, in the Saddle Ridge Industrial district. From there the team builds detached garages, garage suites, basement renovations, legal suites and concrete across the northeast, from Bridgeland and Renfrew out to Saddle Ridge, Redstone and Cityscape.
The northeast lies roughly east of Centre Street and north of the Bow River. Its communities run from inner-city Bridgeland/Riverside and Renfrew through Marlborough, Pineridge, Falconridge and Martindale to Taradale, Saddle Ridge, Redstone and Cityscape.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8am to 1pm.

A property can have a secondary suite or a backyard suite, not both.
