A basement renovation with Alliance Renovations covers the planning, professional drawings, demolition, framing, electrical, drywall, bathrooms, flooring and finishing, run by one company. The schedule, documents and payments sit in a Buildertrend portal, and the quote breaks the costs down so the price you agree is the price you pay.

A building permit is needed when "The basement is being developed for the first time," and for structural changes or new or moved windows and doors. Finishes, paint and furniture need none.
