Yes. Alliance Renovations builds detached garages, garage suites, basement renovations, legal suites and concrete across southeast Calgary, from its office at 6934 36 St NE in Calgary. Its past southeast jobs include a garage in Seton, a bathroom in Dover and a dry bar in a southeast basement.
The southeast lies roughly east of Centre Street and Macleod Trail and south of the Bow River. It runs from inner-city Inglewood and Ramsay through Ogden, Forest Lawn, Dover, Lake Bonavista and Douglasdale/Glen to Auburn Bay, Mahogany, McKenzie Towne and Seton.

They are permitted in R-G and discretionary in most other districts, usually up to 75 m² and 7.5 m tall, and since August 4, 2026 a lot cannot have both a backyard suite and a secondary suite.
