Yes. Alliance Renovations builds detached garages, garage suites, basement renovations, legal suites and concrete in Cochrane, from its office at 6934 36 St NE in Calgary. Cochrane is 18 km west of Calgary's city limits along Highway 1A, and the Town of Cochrane issues the permits.
Cochrane is a town of 32,199 people (2021 census) at the base of Big Hill in the Bow River Valley, where Highway 1A meets Highway 22. It was established in 1881 as the Cochrane Ranche, and the Cochrane Ranche Historic Site is still one of its attractions.
